Function Description:

After enabling the logistics status notification function, you can notify consumers via email or text message when key changes occur in the logistics status after the order is shipped. Merchants can set this function according to their needs to better provide consumers with important information, while strengthening the merchant's brand image and promoting good customer relationships.

Precautions

There is no charge for email notifications, but SMS notifications are a paid service. To use the SMS notification function, please be sure to top up in advance to ensure you have sufficient SMS credit.
Currently, only email notification templates can be customized and edited, while text message notification templates are fixed content in the system and do not currently support individual editing.

How to turn on/off logistics status change notification

Please go to "Settings" -> "Notification Settings" of the OneWarehouse system to configure it. You can turn on or off the logistics nodes that need to send notifications, and click Save. There are currently 5 nodes available for configuration. Please enable them according to your needs.

It is worth noting that the switches for "SMS" and "Email" are independent of each other. Turning these switches on or off indicates whether to send text messages or emails to consumers in the corresponding logistics status.

Editors can adjust the content of email templates

Click "Edit" to enter the email template editing page

You can adjust the "Email Subject", "Sender Name", "Brand Logo", and "Email Content" according to your needs. If you want to restore it to the original state, you can click "Restore Default Template" to restore the template to The original default state of the system.
