After enabling "Automatic Execution of Shipping", it will automatically execute the shipment of new orders that enter the OneWarehouse system and meet the order delivery specifications, eliminating the need for manual execution of shipments and improving order processing efficiency. Orders will also be triggered after they are successfully edited Automatically execute the shipping function, and can also switch to "manually execute shipping" and use manual operation.
This article will be divided into the following three paragraphs:
Manual/automatic execution of shipping settings
On the OneWarehouse page, click "Settings" in the lower left corner to enter the "Shipping Settings" section
There are two options for the type of shipment execution: "Manual Execution of Shipment" and "Automatic Execution of Shipment", which are described below:
Execute shipment manually
- If you select "Manually Execute Shipment", the order in "Pending" needs to be shipped manually by default.
- The specific operation is as follows: On the "Order Management" - "Pending" page, after selecting the order to be shipped, click the "Execute Shipment" button.
Automate shipments
- If you select "Automatically Execute Shipment", the system will automatically perform the "Execute Shipment" operation on the order of "No Abnormal Reason" in the "Pending" state every 15 minutes. When the order meets the information verification, there is no exception and the inventory meets the conditions, the order will be transferred from the "pending" state to the "waiting for delivery" status, marking that the order enters the warehouse shipping sequence, and the warehouse will start to perform normal delivery operations for the orders entering the "waiting for delivery".
- When there is an abnormality in the order verification, the order will fail to be delivered from the warehouse. The reason for the failure to execute the delivery will be displayed in the "Pending Reason", and the merchant can check and handle the exception according to the reason prompt.
- For orders with "pending reason" (not out of stock), the system will skip such orders and no longer perform the "automatically execute shipment" operation. For unshipped "pending" status orders, saving after editing will automatically execute the shipment again.
Note: For orders whose status is "out of stock" in the "reason for processing", if the inventory is sufficient after the update, the order will be successfully shipped automatically. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the situation that the early out-of-stock order is seized by the later order.
There are two options under Auto Shipment: "Automatic Shipment of Orders Containing Pre-ordered Products" and "Automatic Shipment of Orders Containing Expected Delivery Dates", which are described below:
Orders containing pre-ordered items are automatically shipped
When you select "Automatic shipment of orders containing pre-sale products", it means that the automatic shipping order will include the order of "pre-sale products", otherwise the order of "pre-sale products" will be excluded.
Automatically ships orders with a set expected delivery date
When "Include automatic shipment of orders with set expected arrival date" is selected, it means that the automatic shipping order will include the order with "expected arrival date" set, otherwise it will exclude the setting of "expected arrival date" Order.
