1. Feature Overview
When initializing the OneWarehouse system or encountering complex operational issues, communicating through text and screenshots alone may not quickly pinpoint the problem. In such cases, you can choose to enable the "Operations Super Admin Permissions."
Once this permission is enabled, our Merchant Success Team will receive your temporary authorization, allowing them to directly log into your account backend to assist with system configuration or troubleshoot errors.

Turn Off When Done: Once our team has helped you resolve the issue, you can return to the same page at any time to disable this permission to ensure the security of your account data.
2. Steps to Enable
Step 1: Access Admin Settings
Log in to your OneWarehouse system.
Click the "Profile Picture" icon at the top right corner of the page to open the dropdown menu.
In the menu, click to enter [Admin Settings].
Step 2: Enable Authorization Toggle
On the Admin Settings page, scroll down to the bottom to find the "Permission Settings" section.
Under "Operations Super Admin Permissions," locate the option "Allow Merchant Success Team to Access My Account."
Turn the toggle switch on the right on (the toggle will turn orange when successfully enabled).
3. Actions After Issue Resolution (Important)
After our customer service or technical team informs you that the issue has been investigated or resolved, please follow the exact same path: go to [Admin Settings] > [Permission Settings], and turn off the authorization toggle to revoke the operations team's access permissions.
