If you need to update your OneWarehouse login account (i.e., your registered Email), please follow the steps below. Once changed, you will need to use the new Email to log in. Rest assured, all historical data in the system (including orders, products, and inventory) will be fully retained.

The new login account (Email) must not be currently registered with OneWarehouse. If the Email is already in use by another account, the system will not allow the change.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access Account Management
Log in to the OneWarehouse backend. Click on your "Profile Avatar/Name" in the top right corner and select "Account Management" from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Initiate Change
In the "Account Management" page, locate the "Email" field and click the "Edit Icon (Pencil)" next to it.
Step 3: Verify and Save
Enter the New Login Account (Email) you wish to use.
Follow the system prompts to complete the security verification steps (this may involve entering your password or an email verification code).
Click Save. A "Success" prompt indicates the change is complete.
Note: You may be automatically logged out after the change. Please log in again using the new account.

Q1: Will changing my account affect my product or order information?
A: No. Changing the login account only changes your "key" to access the system. It does not affect your warehouse data. All product information, inventory levels, order records, and settings will remain exactly as they were.
Q2: Can I change my account if I forgot the original login email?
A: Please contact Customer Support. If you have forgotten your original login email, you will not be able to log in to the backend to make changes yourself.

Q3: How long does it take for the change to take effect?
A: Immediately. Once the change is successful, the old account becomes invalid immediately. To ensure the system runs smoothly, we recommend logging in with the new account right away.
Q4: Is there a limit to how many times I can change my login account?
A: There is no strict limit. OneWarehouse does not currently set a hard limit on the number of times you can change your account. However, to protect your account security, if the system detects frequent changes within a short period, it may trigger security mechanisms (requiring additional verification). We recommend changing it only when necessary (e.g., staff turnover or email deactivation).
