When you turn on the switch of "Logistics volume limit reminder", the system will calculate whether the product specification (volume) in the "Pending" order exceeds the logistics limit, so as to provide you with a volume limit reminder, and you can decide to dismantle according to the prompt Order or change logistics, so that the problem can be properly handled before shipment.
Precautions
- Confirm the accuracy of the information : In order for the system to judge the volume accurately, please ensure that you have checked that all relevant product information and volume data are correct. Accurate data is the condition for the system to make correct decisions.
- Choose an Appropriate Treatment : When choosing a treatment, consider efficiency and cost. Sometimes splitting an order may be the quickest solution, but in some cases switching logistics may make more sense.
- About Executing Shipping: Orders marked with a reminder of "Logistics Volume Limit" can still be shipped manually, but they will not be automatically shipped.
Operation Guide
Step 1
Enable logistics volume limit reminder
Log in to the system, go to the "Settings" - "Shipping Settings" page, find the "Logistic Volume Restriction Reminder" column, select "Enable", and save, which means the logistics volume restriction reminder function has been enabled.
Step 2
View Order Blocking Alerts
In the "Order Management" - "Pending" interface, if there is an order marked with "Logistic Volume Limit" in the "Pending Reason", the order will be marked with the "Exception" label.
Click on the order to view the order details, there will be more detailed exception details reminder
Step 3
Handle logistics volume limit reminder orders
Depending on how your items are overrun, you have several options for handling:

Split order :
- If only a few items in the order exceed the limit, you may consider splitting the over-limit items from the order and creating a new order.
- The split order can choose the appropriate logistics to ensure that the goods can meet the volume requirements of the logistics.

Replacement logistics :
- If most of the items in the order exceed the logistics limit, you may need to consider changing the logistics service.
- Contact our team to understand the available logistics options and re-select the appropriate logistics according to the volume of the item.

Adjust item quantity :
- For a small number of items, you may consider adjusting the quantity of the items to meet the requirements of the selected logistics.
- When modifying the quantity, please make sure that it will not cause other problems, such as out of stock, etc.
