Function Overview
Logistics settings are the core configuration for OneWarehouse's order processing. Through this feature, you can:
Manage logistics channels : Enable or disable specific logistics providers to ensure that order processing personnel only see the correct logistics options and reduce operational errors.
Automated matching : Establishes a logistics correspondence between upstream platforms (such as SHOPIFY/SHOPLINE) and the OneWarehouse system. The system automatically assigns orders to the correct logistics providers at the warehouse by recognizing the logistics names you set on the platform, thus achieving automated order dispatch.
Precautions
Before you begin the setup, please be aware of the following limitations and rules to avoid invalid settings:
⚠️ Matching rules restrictions
Channel limitations : Not all logistics providers support "custom matching rules". Some logistics providers (such as SHOPEE logistics and SHOPLINE official logistics ) only support system default rules and cannot be manually modified.
Preset Lock : If you select "System Preset Rules", the "Pairing Code" cannot be modified. You must ensure that the logistics name set on the upstream platform is exactly the same as the code provided by the system for successful matching.
⚠️ Setting Guidelines
Quantity and length : A maximum of 20 paired codes can be set for a single logistics method, with each code having a maximum length of 64 characters .
Enabled Status : The system cannot match orders with logistics services that are "not enabled". Please ensure that the logistics channels you require are "enabled" in OneWarehouse .
Basic operations: Enabling and sorting logistics
This step determines what logistics options are available when you create or edit an order, and the order in which they are displayed.
- Go to [Settings] > [Logistics Settings] .
- Enable/Disable : Click the "Status" switch to the right of the logistics name to enable (blue) or disable (gray) the logistics.
- Adjust the order : Press and hold the drag icon (::) to the left of the logistics name , and drag it up or down to change the display order of the logistics in the order interface.
Advanced Operation: Setting Logistics Matching Rules
This is the most critical step in ensuring automated order processing.
Step 1: Enter edit mode
On the [Logistics Settings] page, find the logistics provider you want to set and click "Edit (pen icon)" on the right .
Step 2: Select pairing method
In the pop-up window, you will see the "Matching rules" option.
Depending on the requirements, we offer two modes:
A. Custom Matching ✨Recommended
This mode allows you to customize keywords without changing the settings of the upstream platform, making it more flexible.
After selecting "Custom", you need to further select the "Pairing Method" :
- Enter the matching code. In the "Match Code" field, enter the name or keyword you want to identify.
| Pairing method | Logical explanation | Example Demonstration |
|---|---|---|
| Exact Match | The upstream logistics name must be exactly the same as the code you set (not a single character different). |
Code setting : "Black Cat Refrigeration" ✅ Upstream Name: "Black Cat Cold Storage" (Successful) ❌ Upstream name: "Black Cat" (Failed - Different character count) |
| Partial Match ( containing word matching ) | The upstream logistics name can be matched as long as it contains the keywords you set. |
Code setting : "Black Cat" ✅ Upstream Name: "Black Cat Cold Storage" (Successful) ✅ Upstream name: "Black Cat Room Temperature" (Success) |
If multiple names correspond to the same logistics, please press Enter to separate them (for example, type
SFand press Enter, then type順丰and press Enter again). After entering the information, click "Confirm" to save.
B. System Default Pairing
Logic : The system provides a fixed set of standard codes.
Operation : After selecting this option, you cannot modify the pairing code.
Requirement : Please copy the displayed code and change the logistics name on your upstream platform (such as SHOPLINE) to be exactly the same as this code .
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why does my order keep showing "No Logistics" or "Matching Failed"?
A : Please check the following three points:
Is this logistics service enabled at OneWarehouse ?
Does the logistics name on the upstream platform match your "pairing code" according to the rules (note the difference between full-form and half-form spaces)?
If you are using "containment word matching", please make sure that the keywords appear consecutively.
