Functional description:
The logistics setting function can effectively manage the logistics that need to be activated or interrupted during the delivery process to reduce confusion when selecting logistics for orders and prevent you from misusing incorrect logistics.
At the same time, this function can also correctly ensure that the logistics used for upstream platform orders can be accurately matched to the logistics in OneWarehouse. By matching the logistics name set by you on the platform, it ensures that the logistics capabilities of the upstream platform correspond to the logistics of OneWarehouse.
Precautions
- Custom matching rule support limitations: Not all logistics support custom matching rules. If the configured logistics does not support custom matching rules, the edit button will not be displayed. For example, SHOPEE logistics does not support custom matching rules.
- Modify the default restriction of the matching rule option: If "Matching rule default" is checked "Match by system rules", "Shelf code" is not available. You need to adjust the upstream logistics name according to the default content given by the manufacturer system to correctly shelf logistics.
- Limitation on the number of matching codes for a single delivery method: A maximum of 20 delivery codes can be set for a single delivery method, and a matching code supports a maximum of 64 characters.
- Logistics channel opening restrictions: Orders obtained from the store cannot be matched to unopened logistics. Please ensure that the required logistics have been correctly implemented to ensure that the order can be matched successfully.
Start/stop logistics
Go to "Settings" > "Logistics Settings" page and start setting up the required logistics channels.
By changing the "Status" button of the logistics channel, you can enable or disable the logistics channel.
Select the icon in front of the logistics name to adjust the display order of the logistics in the order. The sorting will score the order being created/edited.
Logistics matching rule setting
Go to OneWarehouse "Settings" > "Logistics Settings" page and click the edit icon
Custom matching rules
The customized layout method provides more flexible and personalized logistics name options for the business. You do not need to follow the system default content to set the front-end logistics name.
In the preference rules, click "Customize" in the drop-down menu. In "Custom preference method", you can select "Match whole word/match containing word" according to your needs.
- Full word match: The name must be consistent with the shipping method name to be matched successfully. For example, if the code match is "黑猫全冷存", the upstream logistics must be "黑猫冷存" to be matched successfully. "冷存", "黑猫" and other word splits cannot be matched successfully.
- Contains word matching: Matches the name. For example, if the matching code is "Black Cat", the upstream logistics is "Black Cat Refrigeration" and "Black Cat Normal Temperature", which can be matched successfully. Note that it is necessary to include two consecutive characters of "Black Cat" to match successfully. Non-consecutive characters cannot be matched successfully, such as "Black Cat".
Enter the custom matching code in "Complete Matching Code" (separate multiple codes with input, click the cancel button "x" after the code to cancel the code), click "Confirm" after entering to successfully set
System default matching rules
In the shelf rules, click "System Default" and you will need to set the logistics name on the platform according to the system default shelf code. Otherwise, the order may not be matched to the correct logistics of OneWarehouse.
