Function Description
Onewarehouse has added the “Customized logistics” delivery method for new order shipments. You can use “Customized logistics” to configure the order’s “Logistics Channel Name”, “Tracking Number”, upload the express waybill, execute the platform order shipment, and track the shipment status.

Precautions
- When there are no platform logistics channels connected to OW, “Customized logistics” can be selected for use.
- “Customized logistics” needs to be applied to the customer service for enabling the logistics status before it can be used to create and ship orders.
- Orders with the delivery method of “Customized logistics” must fill in the “Logistics Channel Name”, “Tracking Number”, and upload the express waybill. Otherwise, the order cannot be shipped.
- Creating orders, editing orders, and importing orders all support “Customized logistics”.
Operating Steps to Enable Customized logistics Status
Step1
Explain to customer service the warehouse that needs to activate “Customized logistics”, and wait for the backend to open the warehouse permissions
Step2
After the permissions are opened, go to the "Set up" > "Logistics settings" page and enable the “Customized logistics” status for the corresponding warehouse
Operating Steps to Create Customized logistics Order
Step1 Create Orders
Enter the “Orders” > “Order Management” page, select "Create order", and the "Creat order" window will pop up
Step2 Fill in the Order
Basic message:
- Select the warehouse with the “Customized logistics” status enabled in the “Warehouse” column
- Select “Customized logistics” in the “Logistics channel” column, and new columns for “Logistics channel name” and “Tracking number” as well as uploading the express waybill will appear below
- Fill in the “Logistics channel name” and “Tracking number”
- If the express waybill is already obtained, click “Click or drag to add an express waybill” to upload the waybill according to the prompts; if the waybill is not yet obtained, it can be uploaded later during shipment execution
- After uploading, you can perform “Preview”, “Replace File”, and “Delete” operations on the uploaded waybill

Step3 Complete Creation
Complete other order information, click “Save” on the right bottom, and the system will prompt “Created successfully” and return to the “Order management” page
Operating Steps to Edit Customized logistics Orders
Step1 Edit Orders
Enter the “Order” > “Order management” page, find the order you want to edit in the pending list, click “Edit” at the end of the order, and enter the “Edit order” page
Step2 Complete Editing
Basic message:
- Select the warehouse with the “Customized logistics” status enabled in the “Warehouse” column.
- Select “Customized logistics” in the “Logistics channel” column, and new columns for “Logistics channel name” and “Tracking number” as well as uploading the express waybill will appear below
- Fill in the “Logistics channel name” and “Tracking number”
- If the express waybill is already obtained, click “Click or drag to add an express waybill” to upload the waybill according to the prompts; if the waybill is not yet obtained, it can be uploaded later during shipment execution
- After uploading, you can perform “Preview”, “Replace File”, and “Delete” operations on the uploaded waybill
After editing the information, click “Save” on the right bottom to complete the order editing. The system will prompt “Updated successfully” and return to the “Order management” page
Operating Steps to Bulk Import Customized logistics Orders
Step1 Download the “OW Order Template”
Enter the “Order” > “Order management” page, click “Import”, and the “Bulk Import” window will pop up
Select the corresponding warehouse, select “OW order template” in the “Import template”, and click “Download”
Step2 Fill in the “OW Order Template”
Open the downloaded “OW order template”, select “custom_logistics:Customized logistics” in the “Logistics channel (*)” column, and complete the filling of “Logistics channel name” and “Tracking number”. Fill in other information according to the prompts, save the document, and complete the filling
Precautions:The express waybill does not need to be filled in the "OW order template". It can be uploaded through the "Bulk Operations" feature on the "Order Management" page before executing shipment. Step3 Import the "OW Order Template"
Return to the "Order management" page, click "Import", and the "Bulk import" window will pop up. Click "Upload files" to upload the completed "OW order template" document. Once the window prompts "Upload Successful", click "Import" to view the import results in the “Task Center”
Operating Steps to Execute Shipment for “Customized logistics” Orders
On the pending list of the "Order management" page, select the orders that need to be shipped:
- For orders with uploaded express waybills, click "Execute shipment" to view the shipment results in the "Task Center"
- Or orders without uploaded express waybills, click "Bulk operations" > "Upload waybill"
Follow the prompts to click "Click or drag to add an express waybill" to upload all express waybills. After confirmation, click "Confirm Upload". The system will display "Batch waybill upload in progress, Please check in the "Task Center" and automatically return to the order selection page
Click "Execute shipment" to view the shipment results in the "Task Center"
