The following will introduce:
Matters needing attention

Only [Pending] and [Obsolete] orders support updating orders
- If the order has pre-occupied inventory, please release the pre-occupied inventory before executing the update order
- Currently, only SHOPLINE/SHOPEE platform orders are supported, non-SHOPLINE/SHOPEE platform orders cannot be updated
- Prerequisites for updating platform orders: The store has not been unbound from the OneWarehouse account. If the store has been unbound, the order information will no longer be updated
- At present, only [Shipping/Delivery Information] and [Product Details] data are updated, and [Order Status], [Payment Status], and [Delivery Status] are not updated.
Operation steps
Step 1: Enter the order management interface, check the order that needs to be updated in the status of [Pending] or [Obsolete]
Go to OneWarehouse "Order" > "Order Management" to search for the order that needs to be updated, and select the order
Step 2: Operate 【Update Order】
Select the "Update Order" button above the order header
Select [Update now], the system will communicate with the platform data and synchronize the latest order information
Step 3: Update the order result
After the synchronization is complete, you will be notified of the updated order execution results in the [Task Center] in the upper right corner
Analysis of the result of update failure:
- Orders that are not connected to the sales platform cannot be updated - if the selected order contains non-SHOPLINE/SHOPEE orders, this prompt will appear
- The order data of the sales platform is abnormal and cannot be updated—the communication may be abnormal, please try again later, if it cannot be resolved, please contact our staff
