Order invalidation: If the orders synchronized from the platform or created manually do not need to be shipped, in order to prevent this part of redundant orders from affecting the interface operation, we can perform the [invalid] operation to abandon the display and interference of this part of the order.
Order restoration: When an order is voided, if you need to restore it, you can perform the restoration operation in the voided order, and the order will return to the pending interface
1. Matters needing attention
- Voiding an order will release the occupied inventory
- Only orders in [Pending] status can be voided
- The order will be restored from the status of [Obsolete] and will go to the status of [Pending]
2. Operation steps

Step 1: Enter the order management interface, and select the order that needs to be voided in the [Pending] state
Go to OneWarehouse "Orders" > "Order Management" > "Pending" status tab, search for the order that needs to be voided, check the order that needs to be operated, and the [invalid] button will be displayed on the order header after the order is selected
Step 2: Operation 【Obsolete】
Select the [invalid] button above the order header
Select [Confirm], and the order will be removed from the [Process pending] status page and moved to the [The cancellation] status page

Step 1: Enter the order management interface, and check the order that needs to be restored in the [Obsolete] state
Go to the OneWarehouse "Orders" > "Order Management" > "The cancellation" status tab, search for the order that needs to be restored, and check the order that needs to be operated. After the order is selected, the [Restore Order] button will be displayed on the order header
Step 2: Operate 【Restore Order】
Select the "Resume Order" button above the order header
Select [Confirm], the order will be moved to the [Process Pending] status page, and moved out of the [The cancellation] status page
