Function Description
Inventory synchronization frequency refers to the rule for synchronizing inventory information between the OW system and upstream platforms. You can choose either 【Incremental Inventory Synchronization】 or 【Timed full coverage】 to synchronize your system's inventory data with upstream e-commerce platforms, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of inventory information
- Incremental Inventory Synchronization:When the product inventory increases (due to purchase, return, or inventory adjustment), the increased inventory will be synchronized to your corresponding stores based on set rules
- Timed full coverage:Every day, during specified hours (avoiding business peak hours), the product inventory will be synchronized to your corresponding stores based on set rules, achieving updates by overwriting the original product inventory
Precautions
- The inventory synchronization frequency is a configuration required for "Automatic Inventory Synchronization," while "Manual Synchronization" defaults to synchronization via inventory overwrite
- Using "Incremental Inventory Synchronization" will only trigger synchronization when inventory increases, and only the increased inventory data will be synchronized. Inventory decreases due to sales or other operations will not trigger synchronization
- When "Automatic Synchronization" is enabled, the system defaults to "Incremental Inventory Synchronization"

Operating steps:
Step1 Enable "Automatic Synchronization"
Go to the "Set up" >> "Sales Channel" interface, and enable "Automatic Synchronization" in the "Auto-sync inventory" module
Step2 Edit the Synchronization Frequency
Click 「Edit」 in the "Auto-sync inventory" module, and in the pop-up "Edit Synchronization Frequency" window, select the appropriate synchronization frequency (if selecting "Timed full coverage," you also need to choose the update time). After making your selection, click "Complete"
