2. Remove the pinning effect?
Unpinning means canceling the pinned order, and the unpinned state of the pinned order will be restored to the original state of the order.
**Precautions**
- When pinning an order, keep the existing pending reasons for the order (except out of stock)
- After the order is successfully pinned, release the reserved inventory (mainly for the merchant to set the out-of-stock preemption rule: out-of-stock products do not affect the existing or product inventory preemption in the order)
- After the order is pinned, [Execute Shipment] and [Batch Execute Shipment] are invalid
- After the order is pinned, allow [Obsolete]
3. Nail selection operation method
Select the order that needs to be pinned. If it is a batch operation order, click [Batch Pinning Order] above the order; if it is a single operation order, click [More]-[Pinning Order] on the right side of the order, and click the order after pinning the order Delivery will not be executed;
At the same time, the system supports unpinning by appointment. You need to check [Set timing to unpin pending orders] and set the time. After the specified time is reached, this batch of orders will be automatically unpinned and restored to the original order status (the "pinned" mark will be cancelled).
If you check [Automatic delivery after order is unpinned], the order will be unpinned and shipped at the scheduled time. If it is not needed, it will be shipped automatically, please do not check [Automatic delivery after order is unpinned].
Please note that the smallest unit supported by the timing function is the next hour of the current time
If you do not check [Set Timed Unpinning], after the order is unpinned, you need to manually unpin it before you can process the delivery
4. Explanation of the time for unpinning
There is a "Pin" sign, and the "Unpin Time" is empty - it means that the order is pinned, but it will not be automatically unpinned, and unpinning can only be done manually.

**Precautions**
If there is an "unpin time" order, manual unpinning is still allowed, and the original "unpin time" rule will be cleared after unpinning.
