OneWarehouse supports SHOPLINE 2.0 store authorization. After authorization, merchants can manage SHOPLINE 2.0 store orders, products and other functions in OneWarehouse.

Precautions:
- OneWarehouse currently supports a maximum of 50 authorized SHOPLINE 2.0 stores.
- A single SHOPLINE 2.0 store can only be authorized to one OneWarehouse account. If the SHOPLINE 2.0 store needs to be authorized to another OneWarehouse account, please first go to the authorized OneWarehouse account and find "Unbind" to cancel the authorization.
(Please note: the historical data of store deauthorization will not be affected, but the relationship between the store's orders, products and platforms in OneWarehouse will be deleted, and the order status and logistics status will no longer be updated. Please be sure to evaluate carefully before proceeding. ) - After completing the platform connection, the order will be automatically synchronized to OneWarehouse within 3-15 minutes (after authorization, the order that meets the requirements within 15 days will be automatically pulled from the store (order synchronization condition: paid but not shipped/COD).
- Before starting the authorization chaining, it is recommended that you confirm the logistics and order settings with the specialist before operating the binding.
Authorization process
1. Initiate authorization in OneWarehouse
Step 1. Go to " Set up " - " Sales Channel " , click "binded with sales platform"
Step 2. Select SHOPLINE 2.0 from the drop-down list of " binded with sales platform "
Step 3. Enter your store domain name and click "Go to Authorization"
Notice:
- The store domain name only needs to be entered, and the red underlined part of the store link.
Step 4. Choose to jump to the SHOPLINE interface and log in to the authorized store
Step 5. After successful login, automatic authorization
Step 6. After the authorization is completed, the successfully bound stores will be added in the sales platform management
2. Initiate authorization on SHOPLINE 2.0
Step 1. Log in to the background of SHOPLINE 2.0, find OneWarehouse in the app and click
Step 2. Install
Step 3. It will jump to the OneWarehouse login page, enter the account number to log in to the system
Step 4. Select "I have read and agree to the relevant privacy policy", click [Authorize and Install]
Step 5. Log in to OneWarehouse and complete the authorization
Step 6. After the installation is successful, you can find the authorized OneWarehouse in SHOPLINE application - my application
Manage authorized stores
After completing the authorization, bind it in the personal center-sales platform, and you will see the authorized SHOPLINE 2.0 store information in the store list, and you can edit the authorization status according to the usage status.
operate
- Edit shipping information : Edit the shipping information used by this store when shipping, including "store name", "sender's name" and "sender's phone number"
- Unbinding : When a store needs to be bound to another OneWarehouse account, you can unbind the original store in the current account. After unbinding, the association of the store will be released, and the order status and logistics status will no longer be updated. Please be careful operate
- Update : If your SHOPLINE 2.0 store binding does not set a settlement currency, you will not be able to get the item amount when synchronizing items. After you complete the order in the store and confirm the settlement currency, click the update button to update the settlement currency.
