Functional Description:
OneWarehouse supports connecting SHOPLINE 2.0 stores to OneWarehouse so you can manage stores, sync products, pull orders and ship from OneWarehouse.
Precautions

Max stores per OneWarehouse account: 50 SHOPLINE 2.0 stores.

One-to-one binding: Each SHOPLINE 2.0 store can only be authorized to one OneWarehouse account. To move a store to another account, you must Unbind it from the current OneWarehouse account first.

Initial sync time: After successful authorization, data will sync to OneWarehouse within 3–15 minutes.

Auto order pull: After authorization, OneWarehouse will automatically pull up to 15 batches of orders that meet the store’s sync conditions (orders that are paid but not shipped; Cash-on-Delivery orders follow the store’s COD rules).

Recommendation: Confirm logistics & order settings with your OneWarehouse specialist before starting the binding process.
Authorization Process
Authorization — Method 1: Start from OneWarehouse
Step1:
Go to Set up → Sales Channel and click Bind with Sales Platform.
Step2:
From the dropdown, select SHOPLINE 2.0.
Step3:
Enter your store domain (use the domain portion and the red-underlined section of your store link) and click Go to Authorization.
Step4:
You will be redirected to the SHOPLINE login page — sign in to the store you want to authorize.
Step5:
After successful login, authorization will complete automatically.
Step6:
The bound store will appear in OneWarehouse’s Sales Platform Management list.
Authorization — Method 2: Start from SHOPLINE 2.0
Step1:
Log in to SHOPLINE 2.0, open the App Store and find OneWarehouse.
Step2:
Click to install
Step3:
You will be redirected to the OneWarehouse login page — sign in to your OneWarehouse account.
Step4:
Check “I have read and agree to the relevant privacy terms”, then click Authorize and Install.
Step5:
After installation, the authorized OneWarehouse will be listed under SHOPLINE → My Apps.
Manage authorized stores
After authorization, go to Sales Channel→ Sales Platform Binding to see your SHOPLINE 2.0 stores.

Edit Shipping Message — Update the shipping sender information used for shipments from this store:

Unbind — Remove the store from this OneWarehouse account. Note: Unbinding releases the association and stops order & logistics updates for that store. Follow on-screen instructions to complete unbinding.

Update (currency sync) — If you did not set a payment currency at link time, product prices may not sync. After the store has processed an order and the payment currency is confirmed, click Update to refresh the store’s payment currency and sync product prices.
