OneWarehouse supports Shopfiy store authorization. After authorization, merchants can manage Shopfiy store orders, products and other functions in OneWarehouse.
Precautions:
- OneWarehouse currently supports a maximum of 50 authorized Shopfiy stores.
- A single SHOPIFY store can only be authorized to one OneWarehouse account. If the Shopify store needs to be authorized to another OneWarehouse account, please first find "Unbind" under the authorized OneWarehouse account to cancel the authorization.
*Please note: the historical data of deauthorization of the store will not be affected, but the relationship between the order, product and platform of the store in OneWarehouse will be deleted, and the order status and logistics status will no longer be updated. Please be sure to evaluate carefully before proceeding. - After completing the platform connection binding authorization, orders that meet the requirements of the store for 15 days will be automatically pulled, and the orders will be automatically synchronized to OneWarehouse within 3-15 minutes.
- Order synchronization conditions (only orders that meet these two status conditions at the same time can be automatically synchronized)
- Shipping status: not shipped
- Payment status: paid
- After the order shipment enters "Out of Warehouse", the current delivery status will be displayed in the system.
- Shopify does not provide official shipping channels in non-U.S. regions. You can choose OneWarehouse to provide logistics shipping . However, before using OneWarehouse logistics to ship, it is recommended that you set up logistics matching in advance. The logistics name on the Shopify store must comply with the matching rules for order synchronization to successfully match OneWarehouse logistics shipments. Please set the logistics matching name before operating the store authorization.
- If you want to place an order on Shopify and select a store address, you need to purchase the official app on the Shopify site to successfully ship.
*Please note: If you have used an application developed by a third-party company, the store information data may be different from the official store information, and OneWarehouse will not be able to obtain store information. In this case, engineers from both parties need to communicate, evaluate and modify the adjustment plan.- OneWarehouse has already supported Shopify Taiwan region and has expanded the APP list of supported stores: Taiwan logistics supermarket pick-up electronic invoice.
Logistics matching settings
Before shipping, in order to successfully match Shopify's logistics with OneWarehouse, logistics matching rules need to be set.
Step 1
Confirm the Shopify shipping name
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping & Fulfillment
Confirm that you have named the shipping method (it is recommended that each shipping fee name have distinguishing characteristics)
Step 2
Log in to OneWarehouse, enter "Settings" >> "Logistics Settings", click the option "Logistics Matching Rules" for the delivery method that needs to match the Shopfiy logistics relationship
Step 3
In the matching rules, scroll down and click "Customize". In "Pairing Method", you can scroll down and select "Whole Word Matching/Including Word Matching" according to your needs.
Whole-word match: matches the shipping method name exactly. For example, if the matching code is "711B2C", the shipping fee "711B2C" you set on Shopify can be matched successfully, but other words cannot be matched successfully.
Contain word matching: include logistics code for matching. For example, if the matching code is "711B2C" and the upstream logistics is "711" "B2C", the matching can be successful. Note that it needs to contain two consecutive characters of "711B2C" to successfully match. Non-consecutive characters cannot succeed. For example, "71B2" cannot match successfully.
Notice:
If the logistics matching rules are not set in OneWarehouse, the default matching rules of the system are as follows. If the logistics matching fails after the Shopify store bound order is synchronized, you can confirm whether the name does not meet the preset rules.
