OneWarehouse supports Shopee store authorization. After authorization, merchants can manage Shopee store orders, products and other functions in OneWarehouse.
Precautions:
- The number of authorized Shopee stores is up to 50
- A Shopee store can only be authorized to one OneWarehouse account. If you want to authorize to another OneWarehouse account, you need to go to the original OneWarehouse account and "Delete Store" before operating

- Delete store: The historical data such as products and orders of the store that has been synchronized will still be retained, but the order status and logistics status will no longer be updated, please operate with caution.

- After the store is bound, the order will be automatically synchronized to OneWarehouse within 3-15 minutes (after authorization, the order that meets the requirements within 15 days will be automatically pulled from the store (order synchronization condition: Shopee [pending shipment-pending] status order )
- For orders shipped by OneWarehouse, the order status that needs to be met: [Pending Shipment-Pending Processing] , so please do not click "Batch Shipment" on SHOPEE , otherwise an abnormal reminder may appear when the order is shipped by OneWarehouse
- Shopee Logistics supports Shopee Logistics: 711B2C, FamilyMart B2C (C2C and other Shopee Logistics cannot send warehouses)
- Orders are shipped using Shopee’s logistics number and face-to-face list. Merchants with abnormal follow-up delivery need to ask Shopee’s customer service
- For Shopee home delivery orders, please use Shopee "Seller's Home Delivery" for consumers to place orders. After the order is synchronized to the system, it will be automatically matched to "Hsinchu Logistics". If you want to use "Black Cat Logistics", please manually modify the wrong delivery method and then execute the export After shipment, the order enters "Exited", and the consignment note number will be automatically backfilled to Shopee's "Seller's Home Delivery" order
- After the order shipment enters "Outgoing", the system will display the current delivery status
- If the order is not picked up and returned to the logistics center, it will be changed to a canceled order on Shopee, so the return status will not be displayed in the system of the uncollected order. You need to go back to Shopee to check whether there is an order that has not been picked up and canceled
- In the system dialogue, provide the mother and child code of Shopee Super Pickup B2C Logistics. If there is an uncollected package returned, the warehouse needs this code to retrieve the package
Authorization process

Go to "Settings" - "Sales Platform Settings", click "Bind Sales Platform"

Select "SHOPEE" in the drop-down platform list of "Binding Sales Platform"

Enter the customized "Store Name" and "Real Name", and click "Go to SHOPEE Authorization"
*Remarks: The information entered will only be used in Onewarehouse and will not affect the information of your Shopee store.

Select a regional site, enter your Shopee store account and password, and click "log In"

Manage Authorized Stores
After the authorization is completed, in " Settings" - "Sales Platform Settings", the store list will see the authorized Shopee store information, and you can operate the authorized store.

- Edit : To edit a store, you can modify the "Store Name" and "Real Name".
- Unbinding : When the store needs to be bound to another OneWarehouse account, the original store can be unbound and deleted from the current account. Please note that after deletion, all the data of the store on OneWarehouse will no longer be updated or synchronized with the platform. Please be cautious operate.
