OneWarehouse supports SHOPLINE store authorization. After authorization, merchants can manage SHOPLINE store orders, products and other functions in OneWarehouse.

Precautions:
- OneWarehouse currently supports a maximum of 50 authorized SHOPLINE stores.

A single SHOPLINE store can only be authorized to one OneWarehouse account. If the SHOPLINE store needs to be authorized to another OneWarehouse account, please find "Unbind" under the authorized OneWarehouse account to cancel the authorization.
(Please note: the historical data of store deauthorization will not be affected, but the relationship between the store's orders, products and platforms in OneWarehouse will be deleted, and the order status and logistics status will no longer be updated. Please be sure to evaluate carefully before proceeding. ) - After completing the platform connection, the order will be automatically synchronized to OneWarehouse within 3-15 minutes (after authorization, the order that meets the requirements within 15 days will be automatically pulled from the store (order synchronization condition: paid but not shipped/COD).
- Before starting the authorization chaining, it is recommended that you confirm the logistics and order settings with the specialist before operating the binding .
Authorization process
Step 1. Install the extension function in the background of the SHOPLINE store
Log in to your SHOPLINE store background, enter Apps → Apps store → find "OneWarehouse", click the application card, enter the details
Step 2. Click [Install Now]
If you have not purchased the application, please purchase it first (currently OneWarehouse purchase is free of charge)
Step 3. Click [Open App]
After the installation is successful, click "Open App"
Step 4. Log in to OneWarehouse
Clicking "Open Application" will jump to the OneWarehouse login interface. After logging in to the OneWarehouse account, the authorization binding can be completed.
Step 5. Complete the authorization, email notification
After successfully binding the store, a "OneWarehouse Store Binding Notification" will be sent to your OneWarehouse registered email address
Manage authorized stores
After completing the authorization, bind in the personal center-sales platform, the store list will see the authorized SHOPLINE store information, and the merchant can also edit the authorization status according to the usage status.

- Edit shipping information : Edit the shipping information used by this store when shipping, including "store name", "sender's name" and "sender's phone number"
- Unbinding : When a store needs to be bound to another OneWarehouse account, you can unbind the original store from the current account. After unbinding, the association of the store will be released, and the order status and logistics status will no longer be updated. Please be cautious operate.
