Precautions:

Only synchronize products with product numbers : We will only synchronize those products with product numbers in your platform (serial numbers must also be filled in in the SHOPLINE platform). This helps ensure that the items you sync have sufficient identifying information.

Only synchronize SKU-coded products that do not exist in the OneWarehouse system : We will only synchronize those SKU-coded products that do not yet exist in the OneWarehouse system. If the same "SKU item number" product already exists in the system, its data will not be synchronized and will be duplicated.

Fill in detailed information after product synchronization : After product synchronization is completed, we will ask you to fill in more detailed information, including the "length", "width", "height", "weight", "barcode" and "currency" of the product species" and other information. This information will help manage and track the merchandise.

Correspondence between item number and barcode : The item number of the item will correspond to the SKU item number in the OneWarehouse system, and the barcode number (barcode) of the item will correspond to the international barcode in the OneWarehouse system. Such correspondence helps ensure the unique identification of goods between different systems.
SHOPLINE synchronizes product descriptions
(1) Single specification products
Product number confirmation : Go to the SHOPLINE store backend to enter the "Products and Categories" - "Products" page, click "Quantity and Price" to confirm that the product number has been maintained.
Barcode confirmation : Click "Product Specifications Summary" to confirm that the product barcode number (barcode) has been maintained.
(2) Products with multiple specifications
Product number confirmation : Go to the SHOPLINE store backend to enter the "Products and Categories" - "Products" page, click "Product Specifications" to confirm that the multi-specification product number has been maintained.
Barcode confirmation : Click "Product Specification Summary" to confirm that the multi-specification product barcode number (Barcode) has been maintained
SHOPLINE2.0 synchronizes product descriptions
Product number confirmation: Go to the SHOPLINE 2.0 store backend to enter the "Products" page, click " SKU" to confirm that the product number has been maintained.
Barcode confirmation : Click " Barcode (ISBN, UPC, GTIN, etc.)" and the barcode is completed (SHOPLINE 2.0 barcode maintenance can be synchronized without maintenance, but it is recommended to avoid maintenance in advance and throw it in OneWarehouse for secondary maintenance)
SHOPEE synchronous product description
Product number confirmation: Go to the shopee store backend to enter the "My Products" page, click "Product SKU" to confirm that the product number has been maintained.
SHOPIFY sync product description
Goods number confirmation: Go to the backend of the SHOPIFY store to enter the "Products" page, click " SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)" to confirm that the product number has been maintained
Barcode confirmation : Click " Barcode (ISBN, UPC, GTIN, etc.)" The barcode is completed (shopify barcode maintenance can be synchronized without maintenance, but it is recommended to maintain it in advance to avoid losing secondary maintenance in OneWarehouse)
OneWarehouse synchronous commodity operation
Step 1
Go to the "Products - Product Management" page and click "Sync Products"
Step 2
In the pop-up window, select the disk that needs to be synchronized. After confirming the completion, click "Sync Now". After the synchronization is completed, you can view the synchronized product status in the file center in the upper right corner.
