Function Description
In OneWarehouse, you can easily create and edit product information. These product data will be immediately synchronized to the designated warehousing center when the warehousing order is generated for the first time to prepare for warehousing. Subsequently, whenever you edit product information, the system will intelligently update the corresponding product data in the warehouse center to ensure that the information is always synchronized.

Precautions

Once the product information is saved, the SKU number cannot be modified .

In terms of SKU codes and international barcodes, the system prohibits reuse to ensure the uniqueness of the data.

When filling in volume and weight units, please note that volume only supports one decimal place and weight only supports three decimal places .

For platform synchronization, please note the following to ensure data rigor:

- The OneWarehouse system will not automatically synchronize platform products, and you need to manually confirm the synchronization operation.
- Please make sure to fill in the product number in the sales platform.
- Synchronization only works for SKU coded products that do not exist in OneWarehouse.
- Product data with the same SKU code will not be updated from the sales platform to OneWarehouse.
1. [Manual Creation] Operation Steps
Step1:
Enter the "Products" - "Product Management" page and click "Add Product"
Step2:
The product creation window will appear. Please fill in the product information according to the instructions. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. After completing the filling, click "Save" to complete the product creation.
Notice:
- If the product itself does not have a barcode, it must be processed and labeled by the warehouse. The "International Barcode" field in some warehouses only supports the creation of "digits/uppercase English" and does not support lowercase English. If you need to affix a barcode label, please contact the customer service staff to confirm the detailed rules.
- If the product has "number of boxes" information filled in, and this information matches the actual number of boxes of the product arriving at the warehouse, the purchase will be priced in "boxes", and the order will only be priced in "boxes" if the original box quantity is exactly shipped. If it is filled in or it is inconsistent with the actual situation, all incoming and outgoing goods will be priced in "pcs".
- If there is a request to change the number of boxes, if the remaining inventory on the shelf after the change is the old number of boxes, the shipping cost will be calculated in "pcs".
Special instructions for filling in items:
- "SKU item number" input restrictions:
- Duplication is not allowed
- Supports English letters, numbers and some special characters, with a minimum of 3 digits and a maximum of 20 digits (including up to 15 digits for Wanda Taoyuan 3 Warehouse/Wanda Taoyuan Warehouse 4).
- Some special characters are supported:

■ Percent sign (%)

- "International barcode" input restrictions:

- Product management method: You can check "Validity Management" and "Serial Number Management"
- After checking the required management method, this part of the information will be displayed on the warehousing order document, allowing the warehouse to filter.
- If the product has a serial number (such as IMEI code, etc.) and needs to be counted and reported after it is put into storage, please check "Serial Number Management" and inform us of this need before entering the warehouse. The warehouse will quote additional operating fees.
2. [Batch Import] Operation Steps
Step1:
Enter the "Products" - "Product Management" page and click the "Import" option
Step2:
For first-time import, please click "Import Template Download" to download the template, fill in the content according to the instructions and examples in the template, and then save it.
Notice:
- Please pay attention to the template update time and use the latest date template to upload the file.
- The SKU number is the same as the existing product, and the existing data will be overwritten.
- The uploaded file format only supports .xls/.xlsx/.csv format, and the file size is limited to 5M.
Step3:
After completing the filling, return to the "Product Management" page, select "Import" - "Upload File " and upload the completed import product form.
Step4:
When importing files, the import can only be completed if the file format is completely correct. If there is an error in the content, the store can click "Reason for download failure" to view and modify the form according to the instructions before uploading again.
3. [Serial connection platform synchronization] operation steps
Once the account is bound to the platform (SHOPLINE/SHOPEE/SHOPIFY) store, the products in the platform store can be quickly and directly synchronized to the OneWarehouse product library.
Step1:
Enter the "Products" - "Product Management" page and click the "Sync Products" option
Step2:
Select the "Sales Platform" and "Store" where the products need to be synchronized, and click the "Synchronize Now" button after confirmation. Only SKUs that meet the synchronization conditions will be successfully synchronized and a product file will be created in the system. After the synchronization is completed, the results will be displayed in the task center. You You can understand the synchronization success or abnormal status based on the results.
