Function Description
This guide explains how to create and manage your product information in OneWarehouse. When you first create an inbound order for a product, its data is automatically synced to the designated warehouse. Any subsequent edits you make will also be intelligently updated in the warehouse system to ensure information is always current.

Important Precautions

SKU Number: Once a product is saved, its SKU number cannot be modified.

Unique Identifiers: SKU Codes and International Barcodes must be unique. Reusing them is prohibited.

Unit Precision:

Volume: Supports up to one decimal place.

Weight: Supports up to three decimal places.

Platform Sync Rigor:
-
Synchronization is not automatic. You must manually confirm the sync operation.

Ensure the product number is filled in on the sales platform.

Only products with SKU codes that do not already exist in OneWarehouse will be synced.

If a product with the same SKU code exists in OneWarehouse, its data will not be updated from the sales platform.

1.Sync from Connected Platforms
Once your account is linked to a supported platform store (SHOPLINE, SHOPEE, SHOPIFY), you can quickly sync products directly to your OneWarehouse library.
Step1:
Navigate to Products > Product Management and click "Sync Products."
Step2:
Select the "Sales Platform" and "Store" you want to sync from. Click "Sync Now."
- Only SKUs meeting the sync conditions will be successfully created.
- Sync results will be displayed in the Task Center, showing both successful and failed items.

2.Manual Product Creation
Step1:
Navigate to Products > Product Management and click "Add Product."
Step2:
A creation window will appear. Fill in the product information according to the instructions. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Click "Save" to complete the creation.
Field Specifications:

Must be unique.

Supports English letters, numbers, and the following special characters:
- . * + / % _ SPACE $ -
Length: 3-20 characters (Max 15 characters for Wanda Taoyuan Warehouse 3 & 4).

International Barcode:

Must be unique.

Supports English letters, numbers, and the following special characters:
- . * + / % _ SPACE $ -
Length: 3-25 characters.

Commodity management: You can enable "Validity Management" and/or "Serial Number Management."This information will be displayed on inbound order documents for warehouse filtering.

Validity Management: If you require expiration date management for your products, you must check this option before the goods arrive at the warehouse. Please be aware that validity management typically incurs additional operating fees. We strongly recommend confirming these details with your business manager in advance.
- Serial Number Management: If a product has serial numbers (e.g., IMEI codes) that need to be tracked, check this option. Please inform us of this requirement before goods arrive, as additional operating fees will apply.

3.Bulk Import via Spreadsheet
Step1:
Go to Products > Product Management and click the "Import" option
Step2:
If it's your first time, click "Download Template." Fill in the template according to its instructions and examples, then save the file.
Key Notes:

Always use the most recent template version.

If an SKU in your file matches an existing product, the existing data will be overwritten.

Supported file formats:
.xls,.xlsx, or.csv. Maximum file size is 5MB.
Step3:
Return to Product Management, select Import > Upload File, and upload your completed spreadsheet.
Step4:
The import will only proceed if the file format is correct. If there are content errors, you can click "Download Failure Reason" to view the issues, correct your file, and re-upload.
