Openapi For Warehouse access process

1. Provide OneWarehouse with 6 push addresses

OneWarehouse uses six URLs to push product files, delivery orders, storage orders, and cancellation orders for delivery orders/incoming orders to the warehouse. Therefore, please provide us with the six API push addresses to be used for configuration to realize data push.

API Description:

1. Commodity Synchronization API: This interface is used by OneWarehouse to call the warehouse interface to create and update. The interface returns success or failure information immediately after calling the interface. If the sku*id exists, it will be updated, and if it does not exist, it will be added.
2. Purchase order API: This interface is used by OneWarehouse to call the warehouse interface to create and update products
3. API for returning and warehousing order: When the customer returns and warehousing, OneWarehouse actively pushes the return and warehousing order to the warehouse WMS
4. Storage order cancellation API: When the customer needs to cancel the storage order (before the storage order is completed), OneWarehouse initiates a storage cancellation request to the warehouse WMS, and the warehouse WMS returns whether the cancellation is allowed (the warehouse will inform whether it can be canceled according to the actual operation situation)
5. Outbound Order API: When the merchant needs to outbound, OneWarehouse will actively push outbound orders to the warehouse WMS (including consignee information, product information, logistics provider name, waybill picture)
6. Outbound order cancellation API: When the customer needs to cancel the outbound order (before the outbound order is out of the warehouse), OneWarehouse initiates an outbound cancellation request to the warehouse WMS, and the warehouse WMS returns whether cancellation is allowed (the warehouse will inform whether it can be canceled according to the actual operation situation)

2. Test environment

We will configure the six URLs independently, and then provide an independent test environment for your credentials

3. Log in to OneWarehouse to test joint debugging

1. Access the OneWarehouse sandbox client ( https://admin-sandbox.onewarehouse.net/order/list ), and log in with the sandbox client account.
2. Through the client, create commodities, warehouse orders, and warehouse receipt information, and the To generate related data push tasks, six push interfaces will be called to deliver relevant data to the warehouse WMS system.

PS. During the period, the OneWarehouse team will establish a communication group with your company using communication software. If there are any abnormalities or problems during the test, you can ask questions, and we will provide relevant answers and assistance.

4. Publish online

After the joint debugging of the sandbox environment is passed, it can be switched to the production environment to be officially released and launched, and we will provide the production environment parameters
