The setting for determining the product prices in synchronized orders

Function Description

Onewarehouse supports binding sales platform stores, helping you achieve synchronization of store order information. After binding a store, you can set the order product price synchronization method, offering two modes: prioritizing the product prices in the order and prioritizing the product information prices from OW. You can configure this according to your actual needs.

Precautions

• Ensure complete maintenance of OW product price information: Regardless of the order synchronization mode chosen, it is essential to ensure that the unit prices of OW products in product management are not zero or missing. Otherwise, this may cause exceptions when the system is unable to recognize product prices during order shipment.
• Order scope limitation: Only orders from bound stores can be set for this synchronization mode. Manual orders, imported orders, and orders through the OPENAPI interface do not apply to this rule.
• Initial setup: The system defaults to the "Prioritize product prices in the order" mode after binding a store.

「Synchronization Order Settings 」Operation Steps

Step 1: In store management, select the bound store for Synchronization Order Settings

Order settings entry: Settings -> Store Management -> Sales Platform, select the store that needs to be set for the order synchronization mode, click the details button on the right («...»), and select Synchronization Order Settings

Step 2: Select Order Product Price Method

In the order product price pop-up window, choose one of the following as the synchronization order price setting mode: "Priority to take product price from order" or "Priority to take price from OW product information" Confirm your selection to activate it.

Explanation of Two Modes:

Priority to take product price from order: The system prioritizes using the product prices and currency units from the upstream order. If the product price in the order is 0, missing, or abnormal, the system will use the price and currency unit from the OW product information to ensure smooth order processing.
Priority to take price from OW product information: The system prioritizes using the prices and currency units from the OW product information. Before using this mode, please confirm that the price information of the OW products is not 0 and is not missing, to ensure smooth order processing.

Setting/Confirming OW Product Price Information:

Step 1:

In Product Management, search for products using product SKU codes or other methods to query detailed product information.

Step 2:

Select the product and click Edit Product. On the details page, set the unit price and currency unit of the product, ensuring that the unit price is not 0 and is not missing.
